The dishes follow Venetian tradition but add a touch of creativity, by reintroducing the spices that Venice was so famous for during the times of the Republic. Cooking methods and preparation are simple and easy for you to reproduce and enjoy when you return home. All dishes are then devoured by a team of happy, laughing, variously talented and increasingly wine-sodden kitchen assistants.
