Description:
The Museum of Palazzo Davanzati was built in the 14th century and owned by the Davanzati until 1838. It first opened to the public as a museum in 1910, as a reconstruction of an old Florentine house, with furniture and household items from the 14th to the 19th century. A highlight is the ‘Parrot Room’ and a 15th century painting by Rossellino.
