Standing on the Piazza del Popolo in Rome, the Church of Santa Maria del Popolo in an Augustinian Church built in the 13th century. The Baroque façade gives way to a gorgeous interior with the oldest stain glass window in Rome. Italian master Pinturicchio frescoed the walls in the apse and Caravaggio’s masterpieces grace the walls of the Cerasi Chapel.
