Temple Of Venus And Of Rome
V. Sacra - Foro Romano
The largest of the Roman temples, the Temple of Venus and of Rome is located on the eastern side of the Roman Forum. This great temple had grand columns across the façade and was constructed where the Domus Aura once stood. Built in 141, the temple is still in use as a public address forum and as a stop on the tour of the Colosseum and Forum.
