Our kitchen prefers traditional Venetian dishes for years with finesse and imagination marrying the freshest fish in the lagoon with seasonal produce from the vegetable gardens of the Venetian islands. We suggest, in season, fried with "moeche" and "artichokes" of St. Erasmus, or the "slave" with polenta or still sfornatino sea bass and eggplant. We also offer a good selection of desserts all home made and we have a cellar that has a large number of labels of fine wines and spirits selected.
